How Donezo Inbox works, in 60 seconds.

Press E. The email is gone.

One key for each thing you do all day.

  • Priya Natarajan: Pilot scope for Q1. Two options, and legal needs your pick by Thursday.
  • Stripe: Your payout is on its way. It will arrive in your bank account on Tuesday.
  • Maya Chen: The launch plan is ready for Friday. Tightened the checklist and added the hero shots.
  • Linear: ENG-482 moved to Done. Daniel moved “Instant thread open” to Done.
  • Figma: Maya commented on Onboarding v3. “This framing feels much calmer.”
  • Daniel Brooks: The new build feels fast. Two tiny notes on the keyboard flow.
  • GitHub: Pull request #482 merged. Merged “Faster thread list projection” into main.
  • Mark done: E
  • Snooze: H
  • Reply / reply all: R / ↵
  • Reply in a pop-out: ⇧R
  • Go to Inbox: G I
  • Write with AI: ⌘J
  • Send later: ⌘⇧L
  • Undo anything: Z

One key for each thing you do all day. Press ⌘K to run any command, G then a letter to jump anywhere, and H to snooze in plain words. Zen mode (⇧Z) shows one email at a time and counts down to zero.

40 ms. To open a conversation it already has. Timed on a Mac; the other speed numbers are on our promises page.

Every inbox, one list.

Add every Gmail and Workspace inbox you have (the first is free), then press Ctrl + 2 to jump to the second.

Ask about every inbox at once.

Add Donezo to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, sign in once, and ask across every inbox: “what's waiting on me?” Sending waits for your OK.

Sign in once from Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, then ask across all your accounts: what needs a reply, what a customer said last week, who you're meeting tomorrow. They can triage, snooze and draft for you too.

  • Every Gmail and Workspace inbox at once, or just your one free inbox
  • Draft-only mode: they write, you press send
  • Disconnect any time in Settings

It writes the draft. You press send.

It sorts the noise, lines up what's waiting on you and has the reply ready.

  • Know what needs you. Every email gets a label: To reply, FYI, Notification, Marketing, Meeting, Receipt or Cold email. The labels live in Gmail itself. “To reply” and “Waiting on” are your list of who owes whom.
  • Tell it the rules in plain English. Describe an email in a sentence and say what to do with it. Test the rule on any pasted email before it touches your inbox.
  • Leave with nothing left to write. Drafts are pre-written from your own sent mail so they sound like you. They sit in Gmail's drafts until you decide.

Off by default for every account. It only acts on mail that arrives after you switch it on, and it never sends on its own.

And the small things, done properly.

  • People first. A split inbox puts mail from real people on top. Newsletters and notifications wait underneath.
  • Snooze with words. Press H, type “friday”, and the email is back on Friday, app open or not.
  • Send later, laptop shut. Write it tonight, pick Monday 9am, close the lid. Our server sends it.
  • Nudge if no reply. Pick a day and the thread comes back then, but only if nobody has answered.
  • Undo send. Press Z after you hit send and it comes back. You choose the window, up to 30 seconds.
  • Read statuses. Switch it on and each sent email shows Opened once they read it, unless they block images.
  • Snippets. Type ;calendly, press Tab, and your saved reply drops in with their name filled in.
  • Unsubscribe in bulk. See the senders you never open, unsubscribe in one click, and clear their old mail at once.
  • Meeting briefs. Before each call: who they are and what the two of you last emailed about.
  • Analytics. See who emails you most, when mail piles up and how many replies you still owe.
  • Every inbox, one window. Add every Gmail and Workspace inbox you have (the first is free), then press Ctrl + 2 to jump to the second.
  • Light and dark. It switches when your computer does. Or pick one in Settings.

Your inbox stays in Gmail.

Your browser reads mail straight from Google. We keep only what the features need, and nothing is ever sold or used for ads.

What Google will ask you to allow

  • Read, organise and send your mail, for the email client itself. It cannot delete anything for good.
  • See and change your calendar events, for meeting briefs, the calendar view, creating events and booking pages.
  • See when you are free or busy, for Find a time and sharing your availability. Never what the events are.
  • Change basic Gmail settings, for the out-of-office reply and Gmail filters. It cannot read mail.
  • See your contacts, for names and photos when you type an address. It cannot change them.

You can remove access any time from your Google account.

  • Your Google sign-in is stored encrypted. It's encrypted before it's saved, and it never reaches your browser or any AI tool.
  • The AI does what you allow. The assistant is off until you turn it on. Drafts never send themselves. Claude, ChatGPT and Codex can be limited to drafts, or cut off in Settings.

Questions before you sign in.

Which email providers does it work with?

Gmail and Google Workspace, as many accounts as you like. Outlook and other mail providers are on the roadmap.

Where does my email live?

In Gmail, where it always did. Your browser reads it straight from Google, and our servers keep no copy of your mailbox. We keep only what the features need: your encrypted Google sign-in, the snoozes, reminders, rules and scheduled sends you set (a scheduled email's text stays after it goes), and a few records for features you switch on. All of it is listed on the What we store page.

Will the built-in assistant send email on its own?

No. It labels mail, spots what needs a reply, applies your rules and writes drafts, and the drafts wait for you. It's off until you switch it on for an account, and it only touches mail that arrives after that.

Which AI does it use?

Your choice. Bring your own key (OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq or anything compatible), run a model on your own computer, or use the one built into Chrome. Those are all free, and the text goes straight from your browser to the one you picked. Or use our hosted AI (Cloudflare Workers AI), which comes with the paid plan. Nothing is sent to an advertising network, and your mail is never used for ads.

How do Claude, ChatGPT and Codex connect?

In Claude, ChatGPT or Codex you add Donezo Inbox's address (Settings shows it), then sign in with your browser. There is no key to copy. They can then search, read, triage and draft across every inbox you've added. You can limit them to drafts only, and cut them off whenever you like.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

Yes. Every new account gets all of Pro free for 21 days, no card. It starts when you first sign in and there is nothing to cancel. When it ends you stay on Free: your first inbox keeps working, any others you connected pause (nothing is deleted) until you subscribe, and our hosted AI and the background assistant stop (AI with your own key keeps working). You get one trial per person.

What does it cost?

$29 a year covers every inbox, and one inbox is free forever. Every new account starts with 21 days of everything, no card. Paying adds more than one inbox, Claude, ChatGPT or Codex sending and archiving for you, our hosted AI and the background assistant. AI is free if you bring your own key, a local model or Chrome's. A free account gets 20 hosted AI calls to try first.

Can I do everything from the keyboard?

Yes. The common things have their own key: J and K to move, E for done, H to snooze, R to reply, G then a letter to jump. Everything else is in ⌘K. Press ? in the app for the full list.
