Is it a client or an assistant?

This is the real difference. Fyxer sits on top of Gmail or Outlook and does work in the background: it sorts and labels mail, drafts replies, takes meeting notes and keeps a follow-up list. You keep using the client you have. Donezo Inbox replaces the client with a keyboard-first one and puts an assistant inside it that you can switch on or off per account.

Donezo's To reply and Waiting on views come from the assistant; with it off you still get the split inbox and the rest of the client.

How do credits change the cost?

Fyxer's page prices actions in credits: sorting an email is 0.2 credits (five emails per credit), a chat message is 20, a meeting recording minute is 1 and a workflow run is 5. Pro includes 3,000 credits a month per paid member after an introductory three months of unlimited credits, so a person who records many meetings can use most of the allowance on recordings alone. Fyxer says it warns at 80% and 100% and pauses sorting first when credits run out.

Donezo has no credit meter. AI is free with your own key, a local model or Chrome's built-in model. Hosted AI on Pro has a daily allowance. Donezo works with Gmail and Google Workspace only. It has no Outlook or IMAP support, no shared inbox or assignment, no meeting notes and no scheduling links.

How much control do you have over the AI?

Donezo Inbox's Inbox assistant page, switched off by default, with plain-English rules and a Try it on an email box that shows how an email would be sorted without changing anything
The assistant is off by default. Rules are plain English, and the test box shows what it would do without changing anything.

The assistant labels, applies your rules and pre-writes drafts, and never sends. It starts with a label-only pass and only touches mail that arrives after you switch it on. You choose the model: hosted, your own endpoint or Chrome's built-in model.

Which should you choose?

Choose Fyxer if you use Outlook, want meeting notes, or want an assistant on top of the client you have. Choose Donezo if you use Gmail or Google Workspace and want the client and the assistant together without a credit meter. Donezo works with Gmail and Google Workspace only. It has no Outlook or IMAP support, no shared inbox or assignment, no meeting notes and no scheduling links. See also Fyxer alternatives for the credit arithmetic.

What does it cost over three years?

Cost for one person, using today's prices
PlanPriceOne yearThree years
Fyxer Pro$37 per month, billed annually$444$1,332
Fyxer Team$64 per month, billed annually$768$2,304
Donezo Inbox Pro$29/year$29$87

Fyxer's Pro and Team figures are the annual-billing prices; its monthly prices are $49 and $99. Fyxer's launch offer of unlimited credits for the first three months is not reflected. Donezo has no credit meter.

Which fits a heavy meeting week?

Fyxer's credit table makes recording the biggest cost: one credit per recorded minute, so 30 hours of meetings is 1,800 of Pro's 3,000 monthly credits before any sorting or chat. If meeting notes are what you need, that is what Fyxer is for and what Donezo does not do. If inbox sorting and drafting are what you need, Donezo does them without a credit meter.

How was this page made?

Every competitor price and plan detail on this page was read from the vendor's own page on October 15, 2026, and links to that page sit beside the figure. Where a page did not show a number, the page says so rather than guessing. Screenshots are of Donezo Inbox's own demo mailbox, which uses sample data. Donezo Inbox publishes this page and competes with the products on it, so read it with that in mind. It has not benchmarked speed or AI accuracy on other products and makes no such claims about them.
