Pro is $29/year (about $2.42 a month), one yearly plan with no monthly option, and adds unlimited inboxes, an agent that can act on your mail, our hosted AI and the background assistant. Superhuman Mail starts at $300 a year on annual billing (checked October 15, 2026).

How does billing work?
Pro is one yearly plan with no monthly option, paid through Polar. Your card details go to Polar and never reach Donezo Inbox. You can upgrade, manage billing or cancel from Settings, then Plan. A free account also gets a small number of hosted AI calls to try before you decide.

Donezo works with Gmail and Google Workspace only. It has no Outlook or IMAP support, no shared inbox or assignment, no meeting notes and no scheduling links.
How much time does Pro need to save?

At $50 an hour, Pro pays for itself if it saves about 35 minutes over a whole year. That is arithmetic on the price, not a promise about your time.
