What does Fyxer cost?

How do Fyxer credits work, and what do they cost in practice?

Fyxer meters AI actions in credits. Its page lists what each action costs: sorting and labelling an email is 0.2 credits (five emails per credit), a chat message is 20 credits, a meeting recording is 1 credit per recorded minute, a workflow run is 5 credits, and analysing a document is 30 credits.

The arithmetic is mine, from Fyxer's published rates, not a Fyxer figure; Fyxer's own example is 5,000 sorted emails, 25 recording hours and 25 chat messages in 3,000 credits. The point is that heavy meeting recording uses most of the allowance, and that when credits run out Fyxer's page says metered actions pause on Free and that on paid plans it warns you at 80% and 100%, pausing sorting first.

Donezo Inbox has no credit meter. AI is free with your own key, a model on your computer or Chrome's built-in model, and hosted AI on Pro has a daily allowance rather than a monthly credit balance. Donezo works with Gmail and Google Workspace only. It has no Outlook or IMAP support, no shared inbox or assignment, no meeting notes and no scheduling links.

How is Donezo Inbox different from Fyxer?

Fyxer is an assistant that works on top of the inbox you already use and covers Gmail and Outlook. Donezo Inbox is a mail client you open, with an assistant you can switch on inside it.

If you need meeting notes or Outlook, Fyxer or another tool on this page is the better fit.

What does Donezo's assistant actually do?

It labels each new email, spots the ones that need a reply, applies your rules and pre-writes drafts in your tone. It never sends anything. Turning it on starts with a label-only pass, and it only acts on mail that arrives after you switch it on. Rules are sentences like “emails from investors or anyone at a venture firm” with an action to take: mark done, mark read, star, draft a reply or apply a label.

Fyxer organises mail with Gmail labels; Donezo's assistant uses its own labels under a single Donezo parent label (To reply, FYI, Notification, Marketing, Meeting, Receipt, Cold email). The two do not conflict, so you can try Donezo without removing anything first.

These three profiles use Fyxer's published credit rates (0.2 credits to sort an email, 1 per recorded minute, 20 per chat message). The profiles are invented to show the arithmetic; your numbers will differ.

The heavy profile is where credits bite: Fyxer says sorting pauses first when credits run out, so the feature you came for stops before recording does. The launch offer of unlimited credits for three months hides this until month four.
